Jogging and walking are my primary forms of exercise. Needless to say, I own a few of these. Let me start with the plusses: the material is the same as the best ones I own. Very breathable and stands up to moisture and frequent washing. I like the cellphone pocket, although I doubt I'd use the clear window. One of the joys of running and extended walks is being "unplugged," IMO. It would also make the vest a bit lopsided (unbalanced) without some liquid in the opposite pocket. The odd water bag is...well...odd, but a standard pop bottle also fits. They've included a side pocket for snacks, but good luck fitting anything into it with a bottle or full bag. There's a ton of storage in the back as well.My biggest gripe is that it seems oddly short. It may be more suited to a smaller frame (I'm 6' even/185 lbs), so it looks for all the world like a crop top on me. That could be solved by making the shoulder straps adjustable (they're not). The orange whistle(?) is unexplained and odd. I do like the reflectorized accents - visibility is important - but I am inclined to add more, and maybe some LEDs as well. All in all, a good effort that might be a perfect fit for some. For me it's a pass.

I recently purchased this pink running vest, and it has exceeded my expectations! The vibrant color not only adds a pop of style to my running gear but also enhances visibility during early morning and evening runs. The vest is incredibly lightweight and breathable, making it comfortable to wear over various layers without feeling bulky. The adjustable straps ensure a snug fit, preventing any bouncing or shifting during my runs. What I appreciate most is the ample storage space. The pockets are thoughtfully designed to hold essentials like my phone, keys, and energy gels securely. Additionally, the reflective elements provide an extra layer of safety, which is crucial for low-light conditions.Overall, this pink running vest combines functionality with style, making it a fantastic addition to any runner’s wardrobe. Highly recommended!

I like the lightweigth feature of this backpack and the pockets are pretty functional. The back side has a compartment that you can fit extra stuff if you want to run to the gym or something like that. I like the phone holder and the water battle holder in the front too. I'm 5'8'' 1/2 with chest size circumference of 38-40'' and i have the straps set to its almost maximum tightness for adjustability. So if you're a bigger person than me, you have more room to adjust to fit you. If you're smaller like a female, it might not fit as snug as it can be. Though there's about 3/4 of an inch left that you can tighten to make it fit more snuggly. some females can still fit this but if you're a smaller person, it might not. If you're a much larger person, it might not fit at all since the adjustable maximum length can only stretch so far before it can't stretch any more so i'd say anyone who's above 250lbs probably wont be able to fit this.I wish they had this in all black color instead of it being the default grey color even though the pouches can choose different color. The design is okay and I like how reflectors are built into this bag so that you can run at night. The build quality is decent. However, the phone pocket could use a bit more adjustability since it doesn't fit snug to my phone so typing on the phone inside the phone slot is quite difficult since there's a lot of room for the plastic to move around and you might mistype. The bottle that comes with it says its bpa free and toxic chemical free but I still don't trust drinking out of plastic water bottles anymore. I normally stick with glass or steel to be extra safe so the plastic water bottle that comes with; I'd probably won't be using. However, it feels pretty flexible and it doesn't require a straw since you can squeeze the bottle to move the liquid to your mouse in any position.I haven't notice any significant bounces when running but that's because i have it snuggly set up. Again if you're a small person it might not fit as snug for this.
