Connect Spindle Motor to VFD
The wiring method of the spindle motor and the inverter is as follows:
- VFD's U= Spindle's U1
- VFD's V= Spindle's V1
- VFD's W= Spindle's W1
- Connect any 2pin terminal "R", "S" or "T" of the inverter to "110VAC".
Fuction keys description
- RUN key: Run command
- FOR/REV: Change the running director of motor
- ( DISP ) Shift key: Status monitor mode switch, parameter of third stage menu switch
- SPEED: Speed controller
- ESC: Return to the starus of "ENTER"
- ( ENTER ) SET Key: Enter into menu, enter into parameter or parameter date writing confirm
- ( UP ) Value change key: Parameter of fuction code, data increase, revise and select all kinds of modes
- ( DOWN ) Value change key: Parameter of fuction code, data decrease, revise and select all kinds of modes
- STOP/RESET key: Stop command / abnormal command

Description of control terminals / Description of jumper fuction:
Inverter wiring involves main circuit and control circuit. The user can raise the cover of housing, at this time main circuit terminal and control circuit shall be viewed, and the user conduct correct connection as per wiring circuit below.
- X1, Set as forward during delivery
- X2, Set as reverseduring delivery
- X3, Set as reset during delivery
- X4, Set as high speed during delivery
- X5, Set as medium speed during delivery
- X6, Set as low speed during delivery
- GND, Digital/analog/communication and power earthing terminals, lsolation of GND inside from PE

- DB: Brake output terminal, connecting brake resistor between DB and DC+
- PE: Earthing terminal, inverter housing earthing terminal must be earthed.

Ground wire is not connected in spindle! This is not safe! Wiring diagram shows the spindle should be grounded. The 4th pin is not connected internally on the spindle.

the spindle is solid,, and runs quiet,, the setup was pretty simple ,, the biggest issue it does not come with the cord prewired and ready to connect up,, ,, the wiring code is 2,1,3, 4 is groundyeah an extra 10 dollars for a premade cord would increase this units review and user ease..

Package sent ER16 collets instead of ER11. Contacted supplier and they sent Correct Collets. Good supplier!Spindle very quiet
