It’s suitable for gas burners, electric plates, and electrical and glass-ceramic hobs with 5 PFOA free DYLON non-stick layers. Looking to replace a Willian Sonoma pan. After investing in a William Sonoma pans multiple times only to be disappointed with how quickly the pans fail, I searched for an alternative and didn’t expect much for the price but this little pan is great so far. It’s very light, non stick and handles my gas Italian stove real well. Gas stoves seem to eat pans and destroy nonstick finishes. This one is holding up like a champ. I would buy again. My only negative is more of a preference, I would like it to be deeper.

Absolutely love this sautee pan. It's not too big, not too small. Perfect for a meal for two. Easy to clean, well made. I also purchased the frying pan. I'll be back to complete a set of Ravelli cookware.

The pan is great. It was exactly what I was looking for because I like having silicone handles that don’t get hot when a pan does. I also found it difficult to find an 11 inch pan and this fit the bill. Most pans with two handles are 12 inches and when making omelettes they get too thin and break when you flip them. This seems like a very well-made and versatile pan.
