I have been slowly replacing my older all aluminum nonstick cookware with clad bottom versions. I chose this brand mostly because it was most similar in dimensions to the one I was replacing. In researching nonstick cookware, I discovered I should not be using cooking spray because of the lecithin residue so far the new one works great. I also like the clad bottom because with Covid, I have been cooking outside more with an induction burner.

my wife and son cook a lot together. they are always finding something new to buy. I'm in charge of dishes. they got this pot. it is now their "go to" saute pan. And I can confirm that it is light and really easy to clean. a good purchase.

I had been lusting over this pan for a while before actually buying it...and now, having cooked with it several times, I am thrilled to report the pan is everything I had hoped for! Easy to clean, just the right size, sturdy and versatile...this cookware dream embodies all those qualities! I own and use several Le Creuset kitchen items and have not been let down yet. Highly recommended!

Gods gift to cooking. It is a heavy pan, so if you’re not okay with that, this isn’t the one for you, but it does have that additional handle in the front for lifting too and that’s a definite help. Okay it’s well built. Super non-stick, easy to clean. Heats evenly. Beautiful. Main handle doesn’t get too hot
