I haven't broken out my pasta roller yet (it's been too warm to contemplate making fresh pasta) but I am very much looking forward to using this set. The ravioli die in particular seems very nicely made and a good size for small ravioli.

We used this make ravioli twice. Both times, the press did its' job and made the perfect ravioli.The only thing I would say is we used our own rolling pin instead of what it came with, that was just a personal preference. The cutter easily cut the excess dough.Have not had time to try something else but am hoping to soon.
