The facility's only projector is old and has not been treated well. When I pulled it from storage for a practice session a week before an important presentation, I found the remote so full of corrosion from its long dead battery that I couldn't open the remote to replace the battery. Amazon delivered this replacement in a few days and it worked perfectly, just in time for the presentation. I appreciate being able to get a replacement remote for such an old projector, and am impressed that it worked perfectly without a hitch.
