No hardware came with this kit . Now I have to go spend more time and money to get this to work.

2004 f250 super duty was able to install back rack toolbox and hard fold bed cover after removing one panel and cutting 7 inches off got the best of all

I used this mount primarily for the Back Rack. The typical mount kit Back Rack offers has the bolts, but cost about $100 and does not leave an even surface for mounting a toolbox. These mounts have no bolts but you can purchase them at a hardware store for around $15. It seems to have a cleaner look from the side.
