Worked perfect. Command system kept saying to contact dealership and did not display rear view. Took to dealership and they quoted $850 to replace system. Installed this camera and fixed the problem. Camera works amazing.

Perfect replacement on my wife’s 2012 Ford Edge Custom! Relatively easy to remove/install, with lots of great help from Google search! Far better than the OEM! Would highly recommend!

Works well, crisp picture and good colours. The wider angle compared to factory is helpful, but because it is 360 deg the licence plate is visible at the bottom edge of the screen. Not an issue though. DIY installation videos are available on You Tube from multiple sources. Great price compared to original Ford part.

2011 Lincoln MKX. The camera fits just fine into the hole after you remove the old camera. There is a plastic bracket that holds the camera in. One end has a Philips head screw in it that you need to remove. Then the other end of the bracket has a hole in it and that fits over a little protrusion. Once you take the bracket loose the camera will come right out. For the 2011 Lincoln MKX, this camera is not an exact replacement. This new camera has the electrical connection sticking out perpendicular to the axis of the camera. As shown in the photo I posted, the original camera electrical connection is parallel to the axis of the camera. Thankfully, I was still able to force the bracket into a new position. For my car, the proper positioning of the camera is the electrical connector pointing directly toward the right side of the car.The original camera had a big o-ring around it. The new one didn't have an o-ring. I took the one off the old camera and put on the new.The camera seems to be working great!

I replaced an aftermarket camera with this one but I still like the old one better. This one has that annoying fisheye effect and the resolution and colors are inferior, it almost looks black and white under certain lighting. Although the field of view is bigger which is nice. My car didn't came with the trajectory lines but this camera did came with it and it works.. but it feels a little bit off, maybe because the fisheye effect? Overall it's an okay camera. Gets the job done. I installed this on a 2013 Ford Edge Sport. The top picture is the old camera and bottom picture is the new one.

This is not a factory replacement. It is terrible. Customer service will not let me return it. It does not work. It has. burn in lines on a brand new camera and fuzzy. side by side. The factory camera was having. problems looks 100 times better.

The camera on our 2013 Edge was malfunctioning and the image had not been clear for almost 2 years. Installation was easy (followed a video a found online). New camera has a crystal clear image and even the lines showing direction etc are clearer. I should have replaced sooner.

I purchased the Ford Edge with the backup camera not working. I bought this off brand backup camera from Amazon and installed it. It has worked perfectly from day one and cost 1/3 of what I would have paid if I got it from Ford. The backup lines and grid show perfectly in the view on my touch screen console. For now, it works perfectly. Hopefully it will continue to work as well.
