This is a well-built, powerful light that comes with a large number of presets, colors, etc. It is solid and stable wherever you set it up, it is IP65 waterproof, and it can be run with a cord or cordless via its rechargeable battery. This last feature is the highlight for me - I use this in a modestly sized home recording studio when we do video work like our YouTube channel, web courses, and live streams. We're in a pretty tight space, so cutting down on the number of cords laying around is ALWAYS a good thing. Plus, if some of our lights are running on battery, there is less chance that we overpower a circuit in the middle of recording.The only area where I am going to knock this is in the instruction department. If you are not well-versed in using this type of lighting, there will be a steep learning curve because the light comes with almost no guidance at all. We eventually figured everything out, but some support from the manufacturer would have been nice and saved us a lot of time.Overall, this is a great light and I'm very glad to add it to our kit.

I love that this light is battery powered and multi colored. I also love the fact that it is flicker free for use in video work. So far I've used it as an accent light in detail shots at a wedding and it worked out wonderfully. It provided just the right amount, and color of light to push a little warmth into the background and set details off from their surroundings. The only thing I wish it did better was articulate as the short screw to adjust its angle is rather lacking. Obviously, this isn't really designed for anything other than uplighting, so I can't really fault the product for the lack of adjustment range, so I'll keep the rating at 5 and only note my wish for a greater range of adjustment.

Awesome Light all the colors are very bright and I love that it comes with the remote control, I put this outdoors in my swimming pool area and with the music the kids love it, when I bring it indoors, I connected it to my DMX controller. This is well built and made of a real hard metal so It’s is pretty strong, love this light.

This is a really great stage par light, but with a built in battery AND it is waterproof. This is a great utility light to have in your arsenal. For indoor or outdoor, it provides RGBWA uplight with full DMX control. I tried it in both indoor and outdoor scenarios with good outcomes. I even took it outside during the year's first snowfall just to see how that looked, and it was stunning. The remote is really handy in situations like that when you're not running DMX controlls. With nine LED bulbs at 18 watts, it is like nine 100 watt Edison bulbs. It's pretty great. Being that it is so versatile, I would suggest it with no reservations to anyone considering an uplight par.

Fantastic up light fixture. I have several of these in a similar enclosure that’s larger, but less light output. The light output is mighty with this fixture! Super durable metal housing that can take some abuse. Tons of connectivity options, whether using the onboard screen, the provided remote, app, 2.4ghz wireless grouping, or DMX. The screen also has tons of options for fine tuning operation or light output. I like the ability to dial down the output to allow longer run time. The only thing I wish this fixture had was a more standard power connector, which has been eschewed for a barrel connector with a transformer plug, to keep the size down. Nonetheless, this is a very versatile and well built fixture I highly recommend.

I will start by saying that the instructions are a little lacking but I still think this is a great product. It is well made and feels really sturdy. I have tested it out and while it took a little bit to setup, the results are great. I am going to be using the light this holiday season and I needed a place to have some lights that was far away from an outlet. The battery on this has been working great for the short amount of time I keep it outside (4 hours)

Whether using this as accent lighting or putting on a show, the portable nature of it, with self contained power is super nice. The remote control ability to change the light on demand is also very very nice. I'm kind of surprised how resilient and well made this is and how you have basically an infinite series of colors you can use! I wish I had more of them as what I can do with one makes me want to do this so many more ways!

Ruggedly built up-light with all metal housing and carry handle has tons of lighting and connection options and the fact that it's battery operated makes it super versatile. It has plenty of brightness to wash walls with color in an infinite variety of combinations.Unfortunately, the user manual is sparse except for describing the DMX channels. There are no instructions on how to understand the controls which are all on the bottom of the light. Even the downloadable app has no instructions. You just have to figure most of it out for yourself. Thank goodness the manual at least tells you how to connect the unit to your phone's WiFi. Be aware that you have to select "LED_946" in your phone's available WiFi networks for your phone to connect to the light.The IR remote works pretty well except for the up and down brightness settings which takes forever to change while holding down the buttons. The app works 100 times better and allows you to simply slide your finger left to right to pick the intensity you want.One other small annoyance is the power/charging cord. Because it has a straight barrel plug on the end to insert into the charging port on the bottom of the light, once it's plugged in, you can't set the light back down on its four built-in feet because it will be resting on the cord and only three feet and it won't be pointing straight up anymore. A 90° angle barrel-plug would solve that problem and allow the light to sit evenly on all four legs while continuing to point straight up in the air. This would also allow you to plug the light into A/C power (instead of relying on battery power all the time) and use it for an unlimited amount of time without having to recharge it.
