I just opened the package. I tried turning on the device but it doesn’t turn on. I tried charging it too but no luck. Now i have to go miles to make a refund.

It might be you need something more stable than your arm to do the weighing but in general this seems accurate enough rather than very accurate. I've compared it with some other (non portable) scales that I know work well and they never quite match up (but not too far off)But in general, they are very portable and easy to use. Not the highest quality but do the job. It can be a bit difficult to measure big items because of how you have to hold it, but that's just something to be aware of

I was unsure at first. There's only one button. You press it to turn it on and hold it to turn it off. You can weigh in kg, lb, oz and g. It started out in kilograms so I had to figure out how to switch it to pounds or oz. The instructions were to press the power button to cycle through the units. I kept doing that and it wouldn't switch. I was getting annoyed. After playing with it a while I realized that you have to quickly press the button after you turn it on to cycle through. Once I figured that out, I loved it. It's small and doesn't take up much space. It comes with a usb C cable to charge it.

This is a handy tool to keep around for weighing bags. It has a bright display and excellent battery life. It is easy to use. Overall, we would recommend this product.

I can't tell you how thrilled I was to discover this digital luggage scale, this is exactly what i needed when packing for my last trip!! It seems to be fairly accurate and gives me an idea of whether I need to reduce down what I have packed in my carry on bags especially, it is easy to underestimate how heavy a carry on gets when having to carry it over your shoulder for long walking distances and long periods of time. This scale helps me estimate that better for more comfortable traveling. Very handy-I am a fan!!

I took a star off because the description photos and the box photos are confusing. They both show a strap but the another photo in the item listing and the title states and shows the hook. This luggage scale is using the hook, not a strap, but it is easy enough to get a strap and attach it if you want that.This is really easy to use and lightweight. Perfect for traveling as it will just tuck away in my suitcase. This will allow me to weigh my bags and determine if I need to get rid of stuff or how to calculate paying extra for going over. The digital scale is easy to read and you can switch the measurements to pounds, kilograms and ounces. It is also fairly accurate as well. Easy to recharge too.

Easy to use digital luggage scale with a rechargeable battery. Charges through a USB-C port - cable included but AC adapter is not. Weight can be measured in lbs, kg, oz or grams. Comes with a hook which is great for picking up suitcases (if the hook is large enough to go around the handle) or backpacks but the strap shown in the pictures is not included. The box the scale comes in says the strap is included but doesn't mention the hook. The strap would make this scale a lot more versatile and its absence is the reason I docked one star.I have no way to check the accuracy of the measurement. I could check it against my bathroom scale but I'm not really sure how accurate that is. There is no accuracy spec given on the website or on the package. For now, I will give them the benefit of a doubt and assume the accuracy is +- 1 ib.

Stopped working. Can’t charge anymore. I see others having the same issue. Used for less than 6 months.
