Neither Amazon nor the seller have responded to return requests.Note that this ladder must be unpinned. lifted out and reversed in order to use it. It does not swing down. If you fall off the boat and need to use the ladder to get back aboard, this product will NOT work for you.

The first ladder they shipped had one mounting post that was to tight and wouldn't slide into the mounting plate. I asked for a replacement and they shipped it promptly. It's a very good quality ladder and will work great for diving from our boat.

The ladder is too long for average boat. Maybe better for sail boat with high transum.
