We have this installed in our Mr. Cool mini split. Probably had it for about 3 months now and it is working very well.

There's been a very welcome price reduction from last year that has made this very price competitive. It's great that all the tubing and necessary parts are included in the kit. The noise level when the pump is running is a little high, but it doesn't become noticeable unless you're listening for it.

Easy to install, however very noisy and has a hard time with moving water. Looks to cheap to last.

I bought this as one of the few condensate pumps that do not need to be installed in the wall. It was also the best brand I could find. Functionally, it’s great. The install was easy and it works exactly as expected.However, it is excessively loud. I’ve done everything I can think of to dampen the sound and it’s still obnoxious. Would be fine for an area where people are not sleeping or where there is background noise but it is not good for a bedroom.

Not a cheap item, but it fits perfectly inside the mini-split. It replaced an identical unit that lasted 3 years. I wrapped mine in a towel to keep it from vibrating against the plastic housing of the mini-split itself. I can't even hear it run now.

installed two of these pumps in a multi-zone mini-split system. Overall opinion of the product is that it installs in a way in that everything is essentially taped into place, things can shift and tubing can easily be kinked. It doesnt seem like solution that will work for very long. I cant see this system running for more than two years. Also pump is pretty loud when installed in the mini-split evaporator unit. Consider installing in the ceiling. There should be a better way to solve this problem with pumping the condensate in a more elegant fashion.
