We have a very thick mantel, almost 4", so I needed specific size hangers for garland and stockings. These are the perfect size and come in several different finishes (I ordered copper.) However, the packaging was HORRIBLE! One set of 4 was in a foam-type bag and each was wrapped in a thin foam material which had melted and stuck to each hook. The other set of 4 was in a plastic bag yet each hook also had melted foam stuck to it. Took a half hour with GooGone to clean them up.

ordered based on the photo in the ad but received a cheap stamped out copy that was nothing like the photo. very disappointing product. cheap, cheap, cheap!

These are fabulous. I don’t know what stickiness some reviews are talking about because my sets didn’t come with anything sticky and they don’t need it. My only problem is we did a fireplace makeover and now our mantle is 5” thick and these won’t work. Wish they’d make a longer version.

The mantle above our fireplace is 4 inches wide and these hooks were perfect. The curve of the hook falls right below the mantle.

The hooks were a completely sticky mess when I opened them so I returned for another set thinking the ones I got were melted or something. The second set showed up the same way. Whatever adhesive they use to keep the rubber strips on them just oozes out and created a mess over our fireplace. The hooks themselves are awesome though and totally did a great job of holding stockings.

these hooks worked great to hang our stockings on our mantle. We have a nice wood mantel and did not want to put nails or marks on it. These were sturdy enough to hold the stockings even once they were full, but left no marks.

The design of these is great. They weigh nothing but securely support quite a bit. Pretty also. I have things on my mantle that made it impossible to hang more than 2 stockings. With this type I can hang as many as I want.

These Christmas stocking hangers were just what we needed! Our mantle is a very thick piece of wood and we needed hangers for a family visit. They worked perfectly and held the stockings when they were stuffed full and heavy. They are nicely made with plastic protecters where they touch the wood so it will not get scratched. Great product.
