Used these on my 6x48 sander to flatten out the flanges on a set of headers I'm making. They cut the stainless a lot better than the silicon carbide belts I had before. Cut faster, run cooler.

These belts are the same price/ belt at the big box stores, but last 4x longer! Zirconia is the only way to go!!!

I've tried the Red Label sanding belts before and they seem to hold up fairly well with metal. I'm a DIYer, so I don't use these day to day to give you a good estimate on how long they last. I also let these belts eat through wood here and there. Stuck with them again for a finer grit and would go back to them again.

This is the very best sandpaper I have ever used! I make toys, mostly from 2 X 4 wood and there is a ton of sanding involved. This sandpaoer lasts longer than any other brand I have used and I am very pleased with the results I get using it.Great product!

These are very nice US made sanding belts. I use them for wood working and they do a great job of removing material. They track well on my belt sander and the area where the belt is joined is not thicker, as in some belts. Finally ripped edge the 120 belt after a ton of hours. Still worked for many more hours. I would definitely buy them again.

About me, carpenter by trade, hobby machinist by night.Nice upgrade from the standard aluminium base belts. I've been doing some grinding of some crs 1018 3/16" plate, they are holding up well.Sharpened up the lawnmower blade. Touched the front edge to clean up the blade, set it up to sharpen the blade, just a touch, gave me a sharp almost knife edge. Nice to cut the grass as opposed to mauling it.Good product, I'll be buying more in other grits
