Make sure you don't push your barrel back while inserting this (in a pistol), line up the dots and it's dead on.

I used this to help zero in a .177 pellet rifle. It was difficult to see the red laser beyond 25 yd. It comes with 6 batteries which last about 20 minutes tops. There is no on/off switch so you should take the batteries out between loads to save battery life. It is not a serious bore sighting tool.

Just ok too much trouble to use no on /off must take the battery out each use for the price I guess it is ok but would not buy again.

Poorly made, laser is not STRAIGHT if you roll it on a flat surface the laser itself rotate out of alinement with casing it is in, so when you put it in the gun to line up your scope you can turn the laser and it rotates out around not to where the shot will go. like it is bent. Hope this makes sense.

Never got the same aim twice. Product should be steel not brass. Don't bother with this product.
