Awesome little speaker. I have a Bose speaker and this is actually better in my opinion. One of the reasons is because it can switch between PC and Bluetooth mode, where as my other speaker is only Bluetooth. The should is great and it reaches to other rooms if I desire. Lastly, I love the rainbow light that changes while listening. I want one for every pc in my house!

These Redragon GS515 RGB soundbar speakers are really quite good. Visually, the RGB feature is well done and looks quite mesmerizing. The form compact is rather compact and it's nice the speakers are in one unit. The speakers can also be powered by the same USB cable used to plug into the computer.Sounds quality is better than expected. Totally serviceable for every day speakers and even quite good for music. I was playing some acoustic guitar music off YouTube and it sounded good, especially for its size, although a bit veiled.One reviewer said flipping the soundbar on its front so the speakers are facing you increased the sound quality. I tried this out and can confirm it did increase the clarity very noticeably. Particularly with music. Sounded much clearer and found myself even more impressed with the sound quality. The downside is losing the RGB light and having the USB cable plug sticking up in the air since the back of the unit is pointed towards the ceiling.It was easy to set up, just plugged it into my PC and I was ready to go. My one major gripe is that the speakers don't turn off automatically if the computer goes to sleep so I have to manually turn on/off the speaker. It's annoying enough that I was going to dock a star from my review but maybe it's an issue with my particular PC. I'll have to mess around with the energy settings.Overall it's a solid value for the money and performance.

This soundbar is surprisingly good. It delivers a solid amount of sound with commendable clarity. If you're after deep bass, though, this isn't the right choice for you. That said, it does provide a somewhat balanced sound, even if it lacks in bass. Honestly my closest comparison would be the latest non pro airpods. Clear, balanced and theres "enough" bass. But otherwise, I would compare it to a set of Logitech PC speakers priced around $30 to $40, just in a more compact design. I discovered that placing the soundbar on its front edge on the table, which directs the drivers towards you, enhances the clarity significantly, although you do lose the LED lights in the process. If you need speakers for everyday use, I would definitely recommend these over standard PC speakers. The convenience of having powered speakers that receive audio through a single cable is a major plus.

Alright, so I recently had the Razer Leviathan soundbar for about 2 weeks and thought it was great, offered crisp sound and good options, but it was a little pricey. This Redragon GS515 is kind of like the polar opposite, but it's not bad, actually.PROS- Easy setup with no programs or drivers to install, just plug and play.- Low profile, this soundbar is quite small compared to other options, which is great for desks low on available space.- Lightweight, easy to reposition and move around.- Wraparound RGB lighting with multiple settings you can toggle through with the push of a button.- Has Bluetooth, so it is possible to use this soundbar to play audio from other devices.- Playback controls on the soundbar itself, just in case it's easier to access than the source device.- The cable it comes with is a double-sided USB-C, but the PC end comes with a USB-A converter (the common rectangle shape) in case your PC lacks a USB-C port in the back I/O.- VERY low price compared to other options.- Redragon is a known brand, so at least you have support in your purchase.- Audio sounds decent, spoken word is clear and music sounds fine, but it lacks in one specific category...CONS- ...Bass support. The bass is so weak and, if it's deep enough, it peaks the speakers and you start hearing that crackling sound.- A total lack of equalizer function means that you're stuck with the pre-configured settings.- The speakers are pointed up, rather than at the listener.- The volume is naturally low and the volume knob is tied to the paired device settings, so it doesn't help. I had to crank the volume up to 70% for normal afternoon listening.- Audio channel only seems to support 16 bit 48000 Hz (DVD quality)Honestly, I wasn't expecting much, but it turned out better than I had hoped. Definitely consider my pros and cons before deciding if this soundbar is right for you. When most desktop soundbars are more than double the price of this one, I personally feel like this one does a good job.

This is definitely a budget-friendly soundbar, so I wasn’t expecting mind-blowing sound, but honestly, it does a solid job for the price. The volume isn’t super loud or powerful, but what it lacks in punch, it makes up for in balance. The audio is clear and well-tuned, with decent mids and treble that make everyday use like watching videos, playing games, or listening to music totally enjoyable.The RGB lighting actually surprised me. It looks pretty great, especially in a dim room, and the preset modes add a nice touch without being over-the-top. This sound bar is just the right size for adding to a laptop, PC, small TV or simply for use with an MP3 player. It is relatively lightweight, has above average sound compared to other examples that I have used in this category and thankfully provides you the option to enjoy the light show or NOT enjoy the light show.This device is a passive connection which means that it pulls power from the USB connection to whatever device it is connected to, when using a "direct connection" in "PC mode" or ypu can power the speaker through the isb connection to an AC outlet or power hub ansld connect via "Bluetooth mode". Both provide the same quality of sound and power levels.Sound quality is quite good with a slightly bright tone. Highs and mids are well represented and clean while the bass frequency are a little more muted but still clean. It is hard to expect too much in terms of bass from a device of this physical size. The 2x 5W cones perform surprisingly well but even more surprising is the seperation of sound. Stereo tracks are faithfully reproduced in noteworthy stereo. So many sound bars or Bluetooth speakers have multiple cones but produce mono sound. This device is a nice departure from that trend. Sound is distortion free, even an the impressively high volumes that this speaker is capable of.All the controls for this speaker are found on the top of the speaker casing in the form of a dial, surrounded by four buttons. Tapping the dial controls the lighting effects that cycle through the options, including "on/off". Turning the dial to the left or right represents volume up and down, respectively. If the lighting is active, the light panel will reflect volume levels by way of a sliding light bar feom left to right and then immediately default back to the selected lighting pattern. The four buttons surrounding the dial are laid out in the "12", "3", "6" and "9" positions of a clock. They are as follows, in the clockwise direction "mode" (PC or Bluetooth), "track advance", "play/pause" and finally "previous track".All in all, I think this is an impressive speaker for the money and them some. It is not BOSE quality but it is also NO WHERE NEAR Bose money. This is a truly viable option for enhancing sound quality and sound stage when using most PCs, budget flat panel TVs or Laptops / Chromebooks.Competitively priced.Definitely recommended.

I recently picked up the Redragon GS515 RGB Desktop Soundbar, and it’s been a solid addition to my setup! The sound quality is impressive for the price—clear mids and highs make it great for both gaming and watching movies. This is a great sound bar!Keep in mind it's meant for gaming, and while I'm not a "gamer", it seems to fit that purpose well. I have mainly used it to listen to music at a medium volume level, and it sounds great!The sound is clear and concise. It has good bass response.The bar itself feels very well built. It's got a bit of weight to it. The buttons are nice and respond well. The lights are a fun added touch and look very "techy"I am happy with it and for the price point, there's no complaints.
