I’ve used reed diffuser before. I wanted to try a new brand. This stuff is awful. Smells just like rubbing alcohol. Went through amazon to return and was told returns are done through the seller. I selected the free ship to seller option. Printed the label provided to me but was told by the carrier, I’d still have to pay and it’s $14.00. Its very unlikely I’ll ever purchase from this company again. I’m not paying $14.00 to ship this product back
