The ramp itself is good easy install but the latch to hold the bottom folding ramp cracked and snapped off on first try using it. Also one of the welds is a little less to desire. Going to call company tomorrow to get replacement parts.

Just so everyone is aware this is not the carrier and ramp. It is the RAMP Only! It the accessory to the carrier.Even though it says; It can transport wheeled items such as wheelchairs, lawn movers, snow blowers, and generators easily.This does not transport.. The carrier transports, the ramp just gets it onto the carrier. Big difference..

A good design but would rather have had both pieces together. the ramps are perfect. It just made it difficult to see that these two pieces the ramp and carrier were not together. The ramp fit up perfect but the locking device does not work properly. The ramp lock in the upright position will not keep the rack secure. I recommend securing it with a strap for safety. I was driving down the road and the ramp unlocked on me and for a minute or so it dragged on the road and I did not notice it.

I ALWAYS THOUGHT AMAZON WOULD NOT ALLOW COMPANYS TO PRESENT MISLEADING ADS BUT I FIND I AM VERY WRONG AND HAVE BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF ALSO. THE AD CLEARLY STATES IT FITS A 2" RECEIVER AND ALL I RECEIVED WAS THE RAMP AND NOT THE PLATFORM ITEM WHICH IS OF NO USE TO ME AND AM TOLD I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING TO SEND IT BACK. THIS IS SOMETHING I WILL IN THE FUTURE BUY FROM A LOCAL STORE AS SHIPPING IT BACK AT MY COST IS NOT AN OPTION AND I CAUTION EVERYONE CONSIDERING SUCH PURCHASES TO CHECK THE REVIEWS CLOSELY AND NOT ORDER IF ITEMS ARE MISREPRESENTED. MAYBE THIS WILL STOP SUCH ACTIONS.
