I tried twice on the product, first ordering a Large, returned that and then an X-Large. I could not get the large on my hands at all, the XL barely went past my knuckles. I do not have large hands and can walk into a big box store and wear the gloves sized large all day. I gave it 5 stars because the product itself appeared to be well made and looked like it would keep your hands warm, but I will never be able to really confirm that.
