Be careful when installing your spring replacement. I had to use a flashlight and a zip tie to replace the spring. Turn the chair on its side with the handle facing you. Use a string or zip tie to stretch the spring and put the long end of the spring on first. The make a loop with the string or put the zip tie in a few clicks to make a circle. Hook it to the spring to stretch it to the hole and slide it in. Cut zip tie or string off.

Bought two of these fits great have much thicker then factory easy to install have a pair of pliers when installing

The replacement product is the same as the one that was broken I wish there were instructions as to how the product fits in place of the broken one I know I installed it wrong because the chair just springs out with no effort Can anyone offer assistance Appreciate it thanks

The springs on my recliner were broken, so it wasn't able to close up correctly. These springs make the mechanism work and saved me the cost of replacing the recliner, or having to tolerate the broken one. Thank you!
