Sound is 'tinny' but acceptable. Product instructions regarding translations, vague. No mechanism to delete Wifi password. Technical questions to Navitomoon/Remo go unanswered as their customer support email bounces (does not exist) and their website bounces (Site cannot be reached). Phone number provided to Amazon leads to a drum head manufacturing company. I am returning this product; I've waisted too much time on this product.
