I am so glad I found this ice pack binder, and wish I would have had it with my first abdominal surgery! I ordered this as we are scheduled for c-section in a couple of weeks, and I appreciated my first abdominal binder post surgery so much, but wanted one with an ice pack, that was easy to use for our delivery, I am SO glad I found this supportive binder. It will fit around my post baby body easily as I am a little to big for it currently. For reference I am six feet tall, weigh 230 at 32 weeks, and have a fairly long torso. This fits well, and provides great support for my body, as well as included ice packs to aide with swelling and recovery. I am beyond grateful to have found this for post pregnancy! For me, I am excited to have a quality product, that will fit me, provide support, and hold my ice packs in with ease, highly recommend!

I love this waist belt! I actually bought it for my back pain from an old car accident. This belt is so comfortable and it's got additional support for the front/belly side. Part of my issues is that my back arches too much and my belly weighs down the front of me, pulling on my back even more. Most belts for your back pain, will only have a 5" strap around the front. When I wear the other ones, my tummy will uncomfortably hang over those other strap fronts. This belt is about 10 inches tall in the front for a much better support! I can wrap it around part of my belly and hips at the same time for better coverage. This belt seems to have all that I need...extra support in height with cross over straps and a hot/cold pack for my front (great for reducing swelling after giving birth) and a pouch in the back for the other cold pack. I wish I had this for my 2 pregnancies and earlier in life for my back pains. I haven't needed a heat pack but I was pleasantly surprised that these ice pack are also microwavable too. Just please read instructions so that you are safe from burning your skin. I could imagine that this belt would be great for women's monthly issues as well...either all heat or all cold, or heat on the belly side and cold on the back side. This belt give you options. The belt is overall soft and very stretchy. The 2 ice/cold packs feel like a gel material within a cloth like material. I would definitely recommend

This binder was way better than I imagined. I am not postpartum (at least not recently), but my husband needed a new binder for his umbilical hernia. He used to wear a similar binder from a different band, but that one had to be replaced every few months because it would rip by the seams and the Velcro caused major snags on the fabric. This one from Reneo is leagues better than his old ones. For reference, his waist is about 38” and this binder has a good amount of overlap (about 6”), which is just enough to be comfortable. It’s sturdier and thicker, but not so much that he can’t sit or move around. It also doesn’t show - he wears it over his undershirt, and unless he wears a white or a very thin shirt over it, it’s not obvious that it’s there. It provides a lot of support and the outer extra bands add even more support to areas that need it. The hand pocket is a nice touch that allows you to put it on without needing the help of another person. The Velcro is soft and doesn’t make a ridiculously loud noise when you pull it off. Overall, I’m very impressed with this binder. The price is also fair for the quality. This is a really good quality binder for postpartum belly as well as abdominal/umbilical hernia support.

I'm not postpartum, but I do have a floppy belly thanks to body type & yo-yo dieting over the years, and I have an incredibly messed up spine due to an accident. I hoped that this support would help hold give my spine and belly a little support, hold my TENS pads in place a bit better & as an added bonus, hold ice packs exactly where I wanted them...Unfortunately, it doesn't quite work for me, in large part because it's too big/tall for my short waisted 5’2 body. It basically starts just under the girls & ends at the hips/pelvis, which is awkward on an hourglass from the front, apple from the sides frame. I can't get the main section to tighten well enough because my waist is comparatively small, but my hips/fupa aren't. Using the additional adjustments helps, but not enough. Even after discovering it wouldn't work as a support, I was hopefully it would help hold tends pads in place, but when it was tight enough to provide any support or keep pressure or the pads, that meant it was also tight enough to shift the TENS pads each time I moved. So not terribly useful there, either, which is disappointing.It does do a decent job of holding ice packs in place, as long as I don't move too much, but again, not ideal.I do think this would work quite well for taller women, those with a more normal torso length, and esp those with more proportional/flatter bellies. The belt itself is well made, the additional adjustment straps are very easy to use and they do increase support significant. The 2 gel ice/heat packs included with the set are exceptionally good quality, and I would happily buy those individually.

Not sure just how or IF I will be able to use this one.I have a pinched nerve in my lower back and when it flares I need to fluctuate between cold and hot compresses. I thought this would be just the thing to do that. It is BIG and BULKY. And, a lot of “trouble” to use.Please understand the caveat: I did not order it to use as it is intended. It is just as described and presented but, truthfully, I just to not see any way I will use it. Maybe I can share it with someone else in the future.Please notice all of the photos and think about its bulk and its weight and its design before you order – then you may be pleased with your purchase.
