Ordered for my mother in law to use after her hysterectomy and she loved it. It was easy enough for her to use and the ice packs stay situated in the right spots without shifting around, giving her maximum comfort.

I'm sending it back. The band has a tag that says small. I am not small at all. The description says it fits up to 45in. I am 38in and it doesn't even come close to fitting me. I'm having surgery soon and this was a big disappointment.

I am about 250 and it doesn’t quite fit correctly. I do have a tall tourso but still it doesn’t fit quite right. I wish really wish it was perfect, but to small for me.

During my last pregnancy, I had used a belly band that did not have any heat or cold therapy packs in it. This is similar to a belly band but one step better because it has a pack that can be used for hot or cold therapy. It can also be used without the pack. The material is comfortable and does not feel itchy or scratchy.

Had a full hysterectomy and this works wonderful!! I highly recommend anyone that had surgery on their stomach to get this!! works absolutely wonderful.

This cooling belt is made of a stretchy material and comes with flat 2 neoprene coated gel ice packs. The ice packs measure approximately 6x8 inches, so cover a nice portion of the body. They get cold, but not icy cold. Since they don't freeze solid, they nicely conform to the body to provide cooling relief. They can also be used by themselves outside this belt, but do show a lot of dirt.Being a postpartum belt, I would expect this to be longer. It's just shy of 3-feet long. That being said, it is a little stretchy, does get very tight and the side Velcro's can pull it even tighter which offers great support. The Velcro is the thin type and holds well. I can see this also working on a leg or arm, just wrapped around more times. For postpartum use it may be too small for some people.
