I previously wrote a negative review about this item due to a logistic error by Reolink, but the customer support staff promptly contacted me, and the issue was quickly resolved. The E1 Outdoor Camera has some tech features that make it an excellent device for monitoring any area you want to keep under surveillance.

I need an outdoor camera that would interface with Blue Iris - I need to view an area 18ft away from the mounting location (outdoor). It was severely lacking in several areas. MAINLY the ZOOM -the 3x zoom in a joke!?! I usually like to have a cleaner optical zoom and not use "digital zoom" - Yes it will zoom and i can hear the inside working- but it barely makes a difference - you pair with the focal lens and it just BAD!!The weatherproofing is a little SUS...several slots open for weather/rain to enter.The BLUE IRIS is a nightmare- they have disabled several settings and have several "safety features" such as limiting password attempts- for some reason, BI struggles to connect to it. I never had such an issue adding cameras to BI- I finally did.The Mount and physical cameras are "ok" . This is Far from a quality product - $100?$80?!!? heck NO!This camera is a Dresed up $30 unit that should sell for $ 50 TOPS!! I may be just returning this!?!!

Camera itself was working good and did have nice PTZ controls, the zoom was decent enough. The major problem, its not weather proof. It barely survived the first rain we had , I had to reset it by cutting off the power and it was working fine until the next rain. This time, the camera didnt come back to live. Looks like the rain got it. Makes me think its not exactly weatherproof. Pretty sure its not the installation as I'm a professional cctv installer. If you keep this unit inside it may work better but for sure dont keep it outside.**UPDATE 3/27/2025 **Tech support reached out to me and shot me over a replacement and this unit is working better than the one before. They did give me a note saying the camera is more of splash proof rather than weather proof. This means , be sure to install your camera in area that does not get soak by water. Also, camera can only be install as you see in the picture (dome facing down). it will not survive a rain if its install with dome facing upward.

Bought in Sept and has been great. It's watching my card in the driveway and haven't had any major issues, until winter we have been in the teens and lots of snow. It's taking to not fully turning now. The motor won't turn right. It will turn manually but won't through the app. Today the spot light stopped working. I looked back for the past week and the night vision hasnt been working either. Could be the bright white snow on the ground. I am thinking it's gonna need to be pulled down and thawed out. I can reach it from a window nearby where I ran the power cord. Ironically I have an indoor camera under my covered porch that's working great throught it all. It's not as exposed to moisture. So I have to think maybe the camera has some moisture past a frozen seal and gumming up the works. I'll probably have to move it under and awning. I'm gonna buy another indoor for the other side of the covered porch to replace it at the front of the driveway. Maybe use it for the back yard..

Quality is great. Lack of PoE is inexcusable! What were they thinking?Make sure you have a power source near your mounting location, because it will *NOT* power up via the ethernet cable.I'll still give it 5 stars, as they didn't force you to add this to a cloud account. It has a GREAT web interface.

These work great. I really like the features of these cameras. I have install a couple of these and have a system of over 10 cameras throughout two properties. All my cameras are reolink. Really a great product.

My second one. First one tracks all activity on one side of my place, and this one will track the other side. Good clear pictures and use app on my phone and app on my laptop. I am 76 and had a stroke so not much for me to do!!!

Unfortunately with the way today's society is we need to protect our properties. One of the best ways to do this is with a security camera system. Not only does this act as a deterrent but it also records information that may be needed if there is an event you want to review or report to the police.I must admit, I have used REOLINK products before. They make very nice high-end security cameras and systems which have always worked flawlessly for me. I needed more cameras and I wanted to add a hub so this package was perfect.The cameras and hub arrived very nicely packaged and included the 2 cameras and the hub with all of the required cables and mounting hardware.The cameras are Wi-Fi so there is no need for complicated wiring. The only wire is the power cable which you need to plug into an AC outlet.These cameras are very solid. They have 355 degrees panning and 50 degrees tilt so they cover a huge area. They also have 3X optical zoom which is rarely seen in security cameras. Most often it is only digital zoom.The hub is very nice since it allows you to have all of your recorded videos stored inside one device. The problem with cloud storage is there are monthly fees and SD cards in the cameras are not great since an intruder can take the SD card out of the camera.The hub allows you to expand your system and I will be putting my REOLINK doorbell camera on it as well. You can add up to 8 devices to the hub so I can continue to add more devices as needed. There is a 256 Gig memory card included with the hub but you can put in 2 512 Gig memory cards for storage up to 1 TB!The image quality of these cameras is amazing. The app has intelligent sensing so it can detect vehicles, people, or animals and notify you.There is a spotlight that comes on at night to not only help in recording video but also act as an amazing deterrent.I can not review every feature of these cameras but they are loaded with every feature you would want.I am happy these are NOT solar cameras since the locations I am putting the camera receive very little direct sunlight.I am very happy with these REOLINK cameras and hub and I do recommend them. The price is very fair for 2 very well-made cameras and a hub.

Reolink works really well with Home Assistant, the central controller for our home automation we are using at home. A little expensive but worth every penny. Reliable, easy to control and a good quality.We will buy a few more for our home.

良い点・さすがの500万画素、画質は文句なし、想像以上にすごくきれいです。・セットアップはすごく簡単、あっという間に完了しました。IPアドレスを変更してもカメラを再登録する必要もなく、アプリの出来がかなりよいと感じます。・玄関のカメラ映像を居間のタブレットで垂れ流しする目的で購入。iodataなど他社アプリでは数時間で映像の表示が中断されますが、Reolinkのアプリは延々と途切れることなく映像を流し続けてくれ、大満足。・夜間カラー撮影が可能。通常は赤外線LEDでモノクロ撮影、動体検知すると白色LEDを点灯させてカラー撮影に切り替わります。白色LEDの点灯による防犯効果も期待できます。・そこそこの精度ですが、人や車を自動追尾し、その後監視ポイントに自動復帰してくれます。悪い点・日本語の詳しいマニュアルはありませんので、試行錯誤しながら使うほかありません。・自動追尾がうまくいかず見失ったり、何もないのに突然グルリと辺りを見回しはじめたりしてドキリとすることがあります。感度や除外エリアなどを時間帯ごとに細かく設定出来るので、うまく設定すれば誤検出は減らせそうです。
