... have one or two extras on hand in case your old belt fails, because it will eventually break.These belts are also good for a GE Model 106575 Upright Vacuum as sold by Walmart.To replace the belt on a GE Model 106575 (as well as possibly other upright vacuums), remove the two screws and the brush roll hood. Remove the brush roll and old belt. Thread the new belt around the motor shaft and then the end of the brush roll. Stretching the new belt, re-insert the brush tool. That's tricky but be patient: it can be done without tools. Re-install the brush roll hood and screws. Continue vacuuming.

When I first went to install, I was skeptical that the belt would fit, since it was much shorter than the old one. Ha, it turns out that this was because the old belt was so stretched out. The new one fit, no problem. And what a difference in suction power! At first there was a slight burning smell and I worried about the belt breaking. But with use the belt seems to have adjusted and it's fine. Great price for the 2-pack.Update 4-10-2023: First belt lasted 4 months. Hopefully the second one will last longer.
