Replacement Knob Compatible with Excalibur Food Dehydrators that have 5 or 9 trays. This knob has a 1/2" shaft on the bottom that goes down into the dehydrator to fit over the metal "D" shaped shaft on the dehydrator dial. This is not an original OEM part, it is a compatible replacement part that fits these models of dehydrators. It fits correctly and works just the same as the original part, but it looks different than the original. Please see the photos for how it looks when installed on the dehydrator. Available in Black or White color.
This knob will work for models that have either 1 or 2 knobs. The single knob machine uses a knob for the temperature and to turn ON / OFF. The 2 knob machines use 1 knob for temperature and to turn ON / OFF + 1 knob for the timer. This replacement knob will work for EITHER of these!

This part is a replacement for Excal part # P50
This knob will NOT fit the Excalibur 4 Tray dehydrator! The 4 tray model needs a different style knob that is not compatible, we do have that knob style as well though, please let us know.

I did not buy this to use with a dehydrator - I used it as a replacement knob for my space heater when the knob wore out. Although it doesn't match the space heater perfectly, it fits perfectly and does the job as intended. I am very happy that I bought this and gave it a try!

Hot glued like an amateur, meaning falling out and needing to be pushed back in, not really attached to the plastic. Also, the bracket was put in backwards meaning the arrow on the knob points 180° the wrong way. The only reason it gets two stars is it is literally better than nothing.

Not the original knobs, and you will have to be careful getting them on. Its a tight fit.
