I've been frustrated in my search for a remote with no quirks. Other remotes either didn't pair or they worked, but some functions on some apps didn't, such as fast fwd/reverse. This remote, so far has been working better than the original and was reasonably priced. It paired up very easily, the instructions were clear and easier requirements than other devices.

The remote immediately started working right after putting the batteries in. Great product. Minus one star only because I can't figure out how to get the voice commands to work on it.

This was a replacement for my Insignia Fire TV, as my dog ate the original remote control 🤣😂 It was easy to set it up and works like a charm, except the voice command. I followed the commands to connect with the TV but it didn't work. It's fine with ME, I am not that lazy, I can live without it. Happy that it's working. It's only been two days, so I'll give it another try some other day.

This remote as time goes on works less and less basically it works when it wants. I try changing channels and flips one and quits. Volume goes up high when switching channels and sometimes the volume will lower it all depends on the remotes mood. Bottom line DO NOT BUY THIS REMOTE, SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY AND GET ORIGINAL REPLACEMENT. I would have made a video but this remote is like the old car you had that makes a bad noise until you take it to your mechanic and doesn’t make a sound. So you’ll have to take my word for it because I’m past my return or replacement Time so I just ate this piece of s/&t.
