The enclosure comes with a bag full of parts, but no directions on exactly what you’re supposed to do with any of it. The lid has two large holes on either side of the hinges. There are two rubber plugs to stick in those holes that have to be removed if you’re going to open the lid.

I have a dozen of these in use now. They work great as adult enclosures for smaller species or as a juvenile enclosure for larger ones. The feeding port is so nice when dealing with old worlds.

The cage is pretty good, but I'm not sure what those two holes at the top near the door are for. All of our spider food keeps crawling out of them.

Bought for hermit crabs. Great starter case. Good price very valuable for cost efficient. Learn responsibility with kids

I have order several of these enclosures for my tarantulas and absolutely love them. They are priced very good compared to others and really good quality. Very clear and everything works well on all that I have received. Don't much care for all the little extras like water bottle, water dish and tweezer wished they would just sell enclosures by themselves without all the other stuff, but definitely not complaining. Will continue to buy more if they stay at this reasonable price very good product.

5/5, working great for my 2.5” LP tarantula. She’ll likely be living in here for a few years, until she outgrows it. As of now, she has plenty of space to move and explore. The enclosure itself is super sturdy, the lid connects to the base with strong plastic pieces. I’d recommend putting the lid on before adding your animal to the enclosure. It seems to be waterproof, but I haven’t tested that aside from accidentally spilling the water dish. It does well to hold it’s shape and structure, even with heavy dirt inside

Good clear-viewing quality material, would purchase again.- Good ventilation at top and bottom, good sturdy latch.- Cost a tad more than similar sized items but well worth add'l cost and looks much nicer than cheaper plasticy-cages.- Works well for a Terrestrial tarantula (a rescued Brown Texas tarantula).- Not too tall (which we understand you don't want too tall, to avoid a fall for a Terrestrial tarantula, understand need different heights of cages for various species of tarantula).
