I love this chasen! Wooden chasens tend to get moldy in my hot climate, so this resin one is a perfect alternative. It's easy to clean and very durable, so I make more matcha now than ever before.

I had a traditional matcha whisk that came with a matcha set that I was using, but I noticed occasionally the bristles would fall out into my drink while mixing, or the shape wasn’t fully restored after washing. I worried about mold growth as well. With this resin whisk I don’t have to worry about bristles falling out and I still get a smooth mix for my matcha. It’s easy to clean and I like that it can be disassembled for more thorough cleaning although I haven’t taken mine apart yet. It’s also stylish and matches the theme in my kitchen so I can leave it in the matcha bowl on my tea stand and it looks like decor.

This does what I need it to do. Easy to clean. I wish it had a whisk stand come with but for the moment I have it standing over a straw in one of my sb cups. I give 4 stars for that reason due to I could order this for a few dollars more with a whisk stand. This does everything I need it to do.

This matcha whisk is lightweight and easy to clean, with a simple design that still gives a nice froth. It’s made of resin, so it’s sturdier than bamboo and doesn’t require as much care. I’ve been using it for daily matcha and it holds up well without bending or cracking. It’s not as traditional as a bamboo whisk, but it’s convenient and works well for quick prep.
