I am thrilled with the Retevis RT21 Two-Way Radios! The long-range capability is impressive, making communication seamless for our team. They are easy to use, and the rechargeable batteries last a long time, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend these for anyone needing reliable and efficient communication!

Bought these for the guys at work so I can keep them off their cell phones. They work great. The work in the rain, heat, cold and we have had no issues with these radios. I highly recommend.

They work good, value for money, clear sounding, long enough distance so far.However one was dropped from 10 feet onto concrete and smashed to bits. Understandable but wish they were rubberized in some fashion. 2 others were dropped from waist level and plastic clips holding batteries in broke, so now we have to tape batteries into radio. Next batch of radios we get will have to be stronger constructed. These are being used on a commercial build currently.

The radios have worked about 1/4 mile from the house on foot. They have worked about the same distance driving through the North Carolina Mountains with loud clear transmissions. I mainly purchased them to share on Corvette Cruises with my group. They attempted to use an app to communicate and that was pure garbage. I deleted that app immediately. These radios are way more reliable than an app. Especially in the mountains where cell phones lose their signal.The earbuds that come with these radios are the worst. If I could, I'd return them. The headset is amazing though.

I’m from a public safety back ground. I have been fortunate to have been issued high quality radios for work. These radios although not the same industrial quality as L.E. Radios are, however they are an excellent choice for events and the price is definitely right. Huge “Bang for the buck” . Very good quality, clear simple to use everything worked . The separate mic/ earpiece are a little lacking but better than most low end or budget radios. Still very usable.

I am a bail bonds and fugitive recovery agent. I bought these based on reviews. I wanted and needed new radio's for when my team go after fugitives. It took them like a month to receive them. Once I got them, I field tested them in a large 2 story structure made of metal and cinder block. We tested them in all different ways....inside to outside, diagonal, upstairs to downstairs, etc. Passed with flying colors and more! I got them to go as far as 1/2 mile apart before not being able to communicate out in the open. I have found when there are trees and house such in town, you won't get as nearly the distance. Good thing is, there are much better and longer antenna's that you can put on them that work. I am the head of my church's security team as well. I like these so much that I bought them for that use as well. You can't go wrong!

So far so good. This is for hotel use. Normally purchase Motorola that cost $1300 for six. They get damaged or misplaced at hotel. These are much cheaper and worked good in my home during testing. Will have to try them at hotel with one person in first floor and another on upper floor on opposite end of building (5 floors) if it works there then great deal. If not have to go back to Motorola. Will test in a week and update.So we've had these at the hotel now for about 5 months. They are awesome. Tried with one person in upper most floor on north end of building and another on 1st floor opposite end of building. And they work great. This is currently being used in a wood structure building. No static, sounds as good as Motorola. Keep in mind the amount of walls these have to go through in a hotel with one person in 5th floor and another on 1st floor. By the way this is a 17 bay building. We are now going to use this radio at all our hotels and replace the Motorola with these. Hope this helps. I am an expat NYC production guy, These are fantastic, really the clarity is needed here in Africa. We have so many languages and dialects at the same time, clarity is super important. These replaced my 400.00 ea Motorola units ( more than 10 year old and were great while they worked ). I got these with both the standard headset and the " secret service " ear tubes. Having had both the speaker mic and the ear pieces, I would have to say that standing in front of a client and listening to the radio chatter from your crew ( sometimes not good for the client to hear ) makes the ear tubes worth the price alone. The ear tubes are also fantastic with high noise environments. These are not the " pair of 16 mile camping radios for $28.00" The build, the quality of audio and transmission distance is far and above that sort of garbage. I plan on buying several more sets of ten in the future. Thanks again Amazon for the great customer service and always online for a great product at a great price.
