Step 1
Determine and mark the punching position.

Drilling
Step 3
Install and fix the upper and lower bracket.
Step 4
Lock the door and install it vertically downwards.
Step 5
Press&turn to "unlock" postion(anti-clockwise),stretch the mesh horizontally.
Step 6
Confirm the installation position on the other side and mark it.
Step 7
Clockwise and turn to lock the gate.
Step 8
Mark the position and drill holes to install the upper and lower brackets.

We purchased 1 of these gates for inside the house and the other for outside by our deck. The install of the product is not hard and took about 30 minutes.In both of the gates, we have had hardware break which resulted in having to purchase another gate. Additionally, the outside gate will not stay tight when it is locked in place. I am unsure if the gate will not stay tight on the outside of the house due to the length of the opening though.Overall, not a bad gate

Outside deck railing is up to code but still slightly scary regarding small children. This is perfect due to easy install and retractable. Love this

We purchased the 165” wide gate to secure 150” wide area in our backyard. We needed to create a large play area that would keep our toddlers safe from our pool. The gate is made from high quality materials so we expect to get plenty of use from it. Sense it spans 12.5 ft, you need to make sure the gate is level before beginning the installation. We have a small, gradual slope that creates a 2-3” opening under the gate at one end. Once installed, the gate can be retracted and easily removed from its mount points and stored inside when not in use; and easily placed back on to its mount points for use. We are very happy with it and expect long life from it.

I bought the 33x165 size and the mounting brackets came in lop sided so I can't mount to my wall and the screen doesn't retract. There is no info in the instruction manual on how to remedy these issues
