Documentation was not much better than no documentation at all.Cheap construction.Retruned device as not useable.

Purchased this model because it was promised to arrive quickly. Unfortunately, it arrived DOA. The USB-C connector moves around as if it is not soldered to the circuit board. Extremely disappointed. Now I have to wait long enough for a replacement that I would have been better off ordering the option that was 1/2 the price of this device.

The device has a strong field strength and reads quickly. It beeps at plugin which I don't like, but that's just a personal preference, the hardware otherwise works very well.Be aware, does NOT work with xSIID RFID implants (dangerousthings.com)

Feels light and flimsy. Expected more from it having the symcode branding. Doesn't appear anywhere on the symcode website although it does seem to be an actual symcode product and there doesn't seem to be any software to change things like prefix, suffix and byte order so can't be integrated into my existing infrastructure as it seems to send the UID in the non-standard reverse byte order whereas most, even the cheap ones allow you to change it and the prefix and suffix

Works perfect for my needs with Amiibo. The blank cards and little dots work perfect too. Able to right a file for an Amiibo to a blank disc without issue, granted you have the right software . Nice little thing that's easy to use and word blazing fast.Recommended.

This is a chip reader that reacts to specific chips. I tried it on several cards that I have and it worked great. It would work just like a keyboard and insert the results into what you have open. I tried to use it to read my dog's chips but it wouldn't read them. Overall I think if you have the right chips they support, this works very well and is ready to side into whatever software you are already using.

Doesn’t come with any manual and their website has no support for it whatsoever .There is a RFID section section on their site but NO DEVICES ARE LISTED and thus no documentation. Rubbish.
