It’s a great product, but I think it should be specifically size for potty pads, which are normally 24 x 24 otherwise you have to fold the edges on one side and not long enough for the other but it works fairly well. Would recommend because there’s not much choice.

I don't like this product. I've been shopping around for the right training pad holder. This stops my goldendoodle puppy from chewing the pee pad but it leave my house very dirty with pee paws all over the place. I have an infant and not going to let him crawl on dog pee over the floor also I'm not looking for more work to do.

My scruffy 7-month-old terrier mix is not the brainiest when it comes to potty training. He doesn't alert us when he has to go, and continually urinates in the house. He also eats everything, especially potty pads. Potential health/behavior influences aside, this awesome potty pad tray is saving my sanity. It took a few days for him to get used to it, but he now uses it nearly consistently. I think we need to deep clean our carpets to get rid of residual odors, but once we do that I expect to be cleaning urine out of the carpet much more rarely!Softer stool does stick to the plastic a bit, but it's easy to spray it off when I clean the tray. I haven't experienced any runny stool, but I don't expect it would be much different, as long as it wasn't allowed to dry on.

It’s great. My puppy got used to pee on this immediately and I got rid of his pee problem. I really recommend it!

So before getting this, I was making fun of pet goods reviews, and how there's always someone talking about how they were at their wit's end before finding this one little gadget. Well, I have to eat my words because this really did make a huge improvement in our, and our pup's, quality of life.Before this thing, our little 10 week pupper would rip and eat up her puppy pads, plus have trouble differentiating them from a hardwood floor or other fabric. With this thing, not only can she not rip them, she's also been more consistent about going in the right place (presumably because it's a distinctive shape/texture and raised off the floor). It's awesome.

Bought for my 6-pound Russian Toy breed dog to use indoors. Now he can not shred his wee pads! Perfect solution!I do need to fold a bit of one edge of the wee pads but it just takes a second to do so I am fine with that.The plastic framing is super easy to clean and I think it has helped my puppy to learn ‘this is where you go’ as opposed to a wee pad laying on the floor being a shred toy or indistinguishable from any other place on the floor.I think the grid area works as a doggie reminder that this is where to go as well.Great product.

Our 3 month old corgi/chihuahua mix was very unsure about this product when we first got it a week ago. Mainly he thought it was a new bed lol He’s used to doing his business on his potty pads in our bathroom, since we live in an apartment. I was getting really tired of having to wipe the floor down constantly though when his urine would seep through, or if he went on the edge of the pad. The biggest issue is him stepping in his potty and finding wet paw prints all over our hardwood floors. He doesn’t like the mesh piece on top of this product and only went potty on it twice — both times still walking away with wet paw prints (which was my main purpose of buying this tray specifically). I’ve had to remove the top mesh just so he’ll use the tray, but it’s only 50% of the time. He resorts to just peeing on the floor now half the time, so it’s been a difficult experience. Overall, I’m going to give him more time to try and transition... but knowing even with the mesh the paw prints are still an issue, I can’t recommend this to others trying to solve that issue based on how things have been so far. If your pup is already trained using trays then I see no problem with this one! It’s very nice quality and seems easy to mange!

This tray works perfectly for our cockapoo. Ours is a chewer and loves to tear off the pee pads. This particular tray has the mesh to cover the disposable pee pad, thus no more chewing for the puppy. It is very easily to open the mesh and replace the pads

This helps alot with pads my dog doesn't bite them anymore and does his business always. If you're transitioning from pad to pad holder i definitively recommend not using the mesh for a week so that he can see the pad properly and then after switching the mesh holder onto it after. Our pup had some trouble at first cause he didnt know the pad was under the mesh so we did it this way. In conclusion great product to help train your dog and easily affordable and buying more to put in other areas is a good idea.

When you get a new furry member of your family, you buy a lot of stuff. After a month with my puppy, I can say with confidence, this is the best thing I bought. Everything about this piddle pad holder is perfect. The pads I bought don't exactly fit, but can easily be folded under for a perfect fit. When puppy has to potty, the tray keeps his feet dry and out of the mess. His other deposits sit on top for easy pick up. I like to give the tray a little wipe down with a Clorox wipe when I swap out pads, and about once a week I clean it with a bleach spray. Tray base easily flips up and I just roll out the used pad. I bought a cheaper item for a back up when puppy was on the loose, but it was not worth the money. Puppies love to chew, and the other holder gave him free access to the piddle pad. This holder keeps the pad out of the way of puppy teeth. I absolutely recommend this to everyone. I wish I had 2 of these!

I never write reviews but this product has been a life saver. My ~15lbs 7 month old miniature poodle uses a pee pad and would often miss the pad or pee off to the side, and it would soak underneath the pad and onto my hardwood floors. I probably cleaned up the floor around her pee pad at least 3x a day. Sometimes, in moments of frenzy she will also play with her pee pad and drag it around, which was well...disgusting. This is amazing because she has to step onto the platform. There has been 0 leaks. She doesn't chew or scratch at it. It is heavy and well built so she can not lift it. I love it! Also I get a lot more use out of each pee pad. I use to change them twice a day, and now I change it almost once every two days. It eliminates the odor and the spillage.
