I wore these last Saturday all day long during a dual sport ride. I always wear shorts and was concerned about these sticking to my legs. They do not, I mean they were so comfortable I never even took them off during lunch. This was an awesome buy.

If your bicep is 11~15 inch these might work.These are poorly crafted. The hook and loop that secures the pad to the plastic will unglue & detach easily.They are big enough to be kneepads. In the description they even call the part number "shin guard pad". and model name "Wrist Guards for Adult".Good luck if you buy them!

First of all learn to fall. I purchased the elbow shields to protect from falls while learning to use an electric unicycle. They definitely do their job. Even though on one fall the plastic cut the side of my arm and the padding is thin I still feel the product is worth the price and does the job. Excellent for slow vehicle ridding under 15mph. That would anything no electronics to the the light child’s rated vehicles. You Definitely will avoid the traditional elbow forearm road rash even though after falls you still can get bruised. Each person body and metabolism will be different. After two months of use some of the padding holding point have dislodged. And the simple Velcro wrap around could be improved. These are my go to warm up pads and training pads.

I had knee pads that just covered the knees till I took a nasty hit on the shin from the pedals on a spinning flopping unicycle. Hurt like a sumbitch.These provide more complete coverage and are comfortable. Good product.

The only dislike I have for this product is that the velcro straps that go around the biceps is not adjustable. It would barely fit those who have huge biceps.

I've had out patient surgery on both knees which made it impossible to get down on my knees to do any kind of work on floors or picking up objects. With these leggings I am able to do those things with no problem.

These knee/shin guard protection are great right out of the pack. At first sight, I wasn't convinced I would like these. But after I suited up and strapped on the leg protection, I felt super comfortable but also able to be a bit more fluid in movement, and that translated to being more comfortable.They can be used as bike racing/riding protection or cos-play outfitting.Price was affordable and shipment was faster than expected.I'm very pleased with this product.
