I purchased this from Amazon because my local hardware store was currently out of stock. It arrived in 3 days and I paid less than half the cost of what just the tool cost at the hardware store?. Definitely recommend

Use this almost every day and not always gentle with it. Tough, durable, comfortable and batteries seems to be holding up perfectly. It's been 6 months, gotten my money worth.

Gave 3 stars because the seller shipped the item timely, and it wasn’t defective. Ridgid is the worst of the power tool brands, they are big heavy tools that do not produce any more power than other brands. The drill overheats drilling small holes, the sawzall is extremely loud. Spend the money on dewalt or Milwaukee

The drill works great, but it’s not eligible for the lifetime warranty for parts and service. I wouldn’t have bought it had I known that.

Tool is perfect for. even came with a carrying case, battery (2ahr) and charger. Less than $100 is a great deal in my opinion.

My dad asked for this for Christmas and the best price I found was on Amazon. I also searched Home Depot and Lowe’s. It’s January 2023 and I don’t think he actually used this yet, but I saw it with my own eyes on Christmas day out the box, and it looked really solid. Plus, there’s a battery that comes with it. My mom bought my father a second replacement battery on her own.
