Your cart is empty.This is a steering upgrade kit to reduce friction between the spindle and axle on the listed lawn tractors. -This is a nice cheap improvement that will help reduce the effort to steer the tractor. We have been doing this for years with great success so decided to start selling them. -The kit will include 2 bearings and 4 thrust washers, each side will use 1 bearing and 2 washers. -These are premium USA Made bearings. Kit comes complete all you'll need is a little bearing grease. - -These go under the steering spindle sandwiched between the axle and steering spindle. You'll put the bearing between 2 washers with a little grease and then reassemble. -This upgrade is intended to reduce the effort to steering riding lawn and garden tractors. -It works best when all steering components are in good working order, kit is not intended to be a fix for worn steering components. -Fits the following models: S2048 S2348 S2554 L17.542 L1742 L2048 L2548 Patent Pending

They are thicker than the washer they are. Likely replacing so you will also have to eliminate the top washer as well and only keep the spring clip in place
