Rifle Scope Side Rail Mount with M-Lock Base （SD-002MT）

Since I really like the quality of the construction for their 30 mm scope tube I decided to get this side rail mount with the m-lock base. Easy to install and use, I think its a good value for the price. I will use this for mounting things like my thermal optic on a tripod since it's actually a rifle scope this will make a great adapter. It is very heavy duty construction and thick machined aluminum. It looks really cool and is very lightweight and sturdy. If you have a need for a side rail mount this would be a great place to start

Fits perfectly on my PSA AK 74. The screws make it fit nice and tight.

This product does not fit the standard siderail mounting plate that is on my Century Arms AK. The slot is slightly smaller than spec. Very close, but close doesn't count when it comes to this type of thing... very dissapointing.

I would love to be able to slap this thing on and give it a test run but it arrived with the box partially open in the package. Missing the mounting hardware and out of its plastic sleeve in the box. Not sure what happened in packaging but it obviously was not taken care of well. The mount looks very nice and would fit beautifully had I had the hardware. Maybe just a fluke grab or something. I don't know.

I am not good at these. It is great value. I treat all my tools as tools. So far, no complaints.

If you're not needing a quick detach mount... This is the one to rule them all!Fits great on the Wasr 10/63 and the mounting solution is excellent and with locktite... Not going anywhere.Have over 500rnds with this and a holosun red dot... Still keeping zero and has not loosened at all. Very good quality and again... If you don't need a quick detach... Get this for your AK.

I’ve used quick-detach mounts before and while they offer convenience, what I really needed this time was something that just *stays put*. No shifting under recoil, no loosening over time, just a solid, dependable base for a red dot or low-profile scope. That’s where I came across this side rail mount with M-LOK capability - it looked like a straightforward, no-nonsense solution for AK-pattern rifles, and I liked that it combined a standard top rail with the bonus of a side M-LOK slot for accessories down the line. When I got it in my hand and inspected, the mount felt reassuringly rugged. The aluminum construction is thick, but not excessively heavy - it has that ideal balance between weight and strength. Installation was easy, though you’ll want to note this doesn’t include the side mount plate - it assumes your rifle already has one installed. Once mounted, it locked down with two Allen bolts and sat tightly with zero wobble. The 12-slot top rail gave me plenty of room to position my optic just where I wanted it, and the machining seemed clean and true to spec. There's even a small retention spring clip that adds a bit of extra peace of mind. I slapped on a Holosun red dot and headed to the range. After running about 100 rounds through it, the zero held just fine. No drift, no need to retighten. The M-LOK side slots are a good addition - I haven’t added anything yet, but the potential for a flashlight or offset accessory is there, and it’s good to have options. That said, I did notice the mount sits just a touch offset to the left. It’s not dramatic, but it’s definitely not perfectly centered over the bore. For most close-to-midrange use cases, it’s not a big issue - the red dot is easy to co-witness and accurate within 100 yards - but it’s something to consider if you’re planning on precision shots at longer distances. Another minor downside: the finish on mine wasn’t perfectly smooth. There were a few tiny divots under the anodizing - purely cosmetic, but noticeable if you’re picky. Overall, though, I’m genuinely satisfied with this mount. It does exactly what I hoped: it provides a stable, well-built, and semi-permanent platform that holds zero and doesn’t budge. This brought my WASR-10 into the 21st century by allowing me to add a red dot to it. It mounted to the side rail on the WASR without issue. The mount itself is made well, clean machining and a good quality finish. Plenty stiff and secure once mounted. I always question the strength of any included fasteners, but until they cause an issue, they seem fine.I have a small red dot on there for now until I decide what might get a permanent home on it. I am not taking advantage of the M-LOK portion of this mount, but the fact it's there is cool for any use in the future. I never really wanted to add any optics to the WASR, but at this price it's nice to have the option in the stable. Easy recommend.
