The posts do not sit properly in the base preventing the dies from closing.I will be returning this product in search of a better one

The bender I bought was showing nylon pieces included but I didn’t receive them. I had to order them separately which doesn’t sit well with me.

The item shipped is very clearly used. There are scuffs on many of the metal parts (not from shipping).
