This pillow is huge, and wraps around your whole torso with cutouts for the breast area. The 4 included ice packs are large and fit in perfectly. This is good to wear for slight pressure, protection and relief post surgery, but also in a vehicle for added cushion (keep the seatbelt farther away while still being safe) and protection.

Lovely item, it’s been so great for healing from my mastectomy. The pockets are convenient and it’s comfortable to wear around. It’s not heavy at all either.

I had a bilateral mastectomy 2-1/2 weeks ago, and this has been an absolute life saver for car rides to doctor appointments, etc. I haven't used the ice packs, because my doctor said not to use ice or heat yet, but they're not cheap, crappy ice packs at all. They appear to be high quality and fit in their little pockets well, so I think they'll be great as well. I haven't figured out a great way to put the strap that wraps around your body on by myself with my limited arm movement, but I can't drive yet anyway so I always have someone to put it on me when it's for car rides. I absolutely recommend this pillow to anyone having a mastectomy or top surgery, especially for riding in the car and keeping the seatbelt off your chest.

It should be great for the drive home from my double mastectomy, however, it arrived with one of the clasps broken. We fixed it by using a zip tie but the expectation, of course, is that it would arrive in tact.It's soft and fluffy and will do the job but we should not have had to repair it to be able to use it.

This pillow is bulky and awkward, it feels like a whole situation. However, I appreciate the included reusable ice packs and the adjustability. I'm trying out a couple of post-mastectomy pillows at the moment to see which ones can be used in the car and which ones could be useful to sleep with. My gripes with this one are minor comfort issues and that it runs really warm if you aren't using the ice packs. It's just okay, but okay might be good enough.

Thoughtful product, lightweight and comfortable. I was able to easily adjust the straps with the buckles for proper fit. Definitely a great gift for someone recovering post mastectomy surgery.

This mastectomy cushion provided much needed relief using the hot or cold pack inserts during recovery. The set was well worth the price for the comfort it provided.
