Your cart is empty.The direct-connect style baseplate allows you to connect your tow bar directly to the baseplate, eliminating the need for a crossbar. This is our easiest system to connect and disconnect. If you are using a motorhome-mounted tow bar, this is the baseplate you should choose. Fits 2011-2013 Dodge Durango. Fits all AWD models. No B'guard. Adaptive Cruise Control okay. Tow hooks need to be removed. Trimming of spoiler, air dam, bumper, grill or plastic fascia may be required on some models of this vehicle.

This kit was a perfect fit in my Jeep. Install is very straightforward. The hardest part (literally) was drilling the holes in the bumper for two bolts. Not sure if the bumper is made of titanium, but it killed several of my new drill bits. I do really like this baseplate though.

Easy install except for drilling through the bumper core on a grand cherokee. That step alone took 4 times what everything else took and I tore up multiple drill bits. Not roadmasters fault, just be away that you should have a drill bit for extremely hardened steel. Also, follow the video on etrailer; the directions are good to reference but it was much easier to follow their install video.

It was an easy bolt on installation using existing bolt locations. Only two holes had to be drilled. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow.
