I am currently working on the backing of the second throw rug and this product works as expected. The smell is a little strong at first, but quickly disappears as it cures. I will probably order more to extend the life of other throw rugs.

Im not sure what to say about latex . If you need it for seam sealer this is as good as any. good shelf life. Not freeze thaw stable.Thought I was getting Gallons because of the cover photo
