I like Rockler's products, including this plate. However, the insert lies below the surface of the plate instead of flush. Also, to buy additional inserts it costs like $9 a piece... For a plastic circle. A tip to fellow wood workers, buy some whiteboard Masonite and make your own inserts. Much cheaper and you can make the I.D. any size you need.
