Do not buy ,this is junk I’ve had mine almost 2 years and had problems the whole time I’ve sent it in for repairs three or four times and they keep telling me nothing is wrong with it. It gets hot and keeps shutting off I can’t get anywhere with the sales people

Great amp, great price, easy to install, I hooked the 4 wires for the inputs and auto remote to 1 speaker wires.

Last time I buy Rockville. Iv wired many stereos in my life. Rockville amps will always go into protection mode after a few months and there's no way to fix it. Waste of money

So first off, the packaging was a little over the top. 3 boxes! As in, I opened one box to find another box and those air bags. Opened that box to find the box the amplifier came in and the installation kit. Finally I opened the last box to find the amp secured within foam.The first thing that caught my eye was, this thing is all metal. No b.s. plastic parts that will break (unlike my boss mono block that has plastic in the worst places, like the spots to screw it down) Then I seen the certificate. I've seen things that say they are certified in like a pamphlet. But this was a hand signed certificate, certifying it was tested and hand packaged by that person!I've always installed my own equipment so this was nothing new. Straight forward and easy, with plenty of components to install it... Well mostly. The gage was good and it had all the wire tips needed but my SUV has SO much plastic covering everything that I've always had an issue with having enough ground wire to reach the few places that I can ground to. This install kit was no exception. Worse, you usually get at least 3ft of ground cable. But this was only about 2ft. Thankfully I had extra cable to properly ground the amp. Gratefully that is the only negative thing I have to say about this combination kit.Now I got this amp, as I wanted to push my door speakers a lot more than my (45w x 4) deck could. In addition to the combination kit I also got dual 1000w peak, 350w rms JBL Component speakers. I wasn't "surprised" at the volume/power this amplifier produced, I was blown away! At a measly half gain I thought I was going to blow my new speakers! I couldn't be happier with my purchase.I believe in giving an honest opinion on here. That's why I included the bit about the ground cable. If there was anything else good or bad I could provide I would but I'm honestly at a loss of words about how far above my expectations, or even hopes, that I had for this amp. All I can say is Daaamn!Update!It's been a couple months since my purchase. Sadly I have a complaint... It blew my speakers. To no fault of its own. I simply turned it up too much... Now aside from my stupid mistake and changing the review on those speakers as they couldn't do half what they said they could. I'll be updating this when I get EVEN BETTER SPEAKERS!

My son changed out a prior amp that wasn't producing the expected results based on specs.. This amp does very well and hooking it up to the dyno I'm showing that it produces the promised output power +/- 100 watts, which is very reasonable. It sounds great and paired with JBL 12s it rocks.

I highly recommend this to anyone that wants quality equipment, amazing sound at an unbeatable price. Audio savings is a great company to deal with, everything i own from my DJ equipment down to both my vehicles is all rockville. Ive had zero problems with any of it id give 50 stars if i could!
