This case has decent construction, but is too large for my VideoMic Pro.

Sturdy, roomy and solid.I bought this to store my shotgun microphone (V-Mic D3 Pro by Deity).I put the plastic form from the original product box inside this hard case to prevent the mic from shifting, since this hard case is quite roomy. That makes for a nice, snug fit.Convenient pocket is attached, where I store my dead cat windshield, cords, and manuals.I now mic storage that is stable and well protected.

I have wireless and shot gun mics for my video equipment. The case is large enough to hold everything microphone related in one place and that works for me.
