The I-Beam Roller track is designed for use with the IB-010R (4.5") I-Beam Roller Mount. Many gyms are looking to maximize space to perform different classes. Having punching bags in the way can make that a bit difficult. We hung our heavy training bag from Pro Mountings Roller Mount Track and it works like a charm. Heavy bag can be brought out when needed and neatly put away once we are done.Love this produce
