perfect for a tighter space. assembly and installation was relatively simple. really likes the hook for the resistance cables. great feature on that. overall the price is great too. very happy with it

This wall mount hanger has turned a corner of my garage into a mini fight club—and I didn’t even need to sacrifice floor space. It’s solid and doesn’t budge, even when I’m throwing everything I’ve got into the bag. I was a little worried about vibration or shaking the whole wall, but this design keeps the noise down and the mount steady. Took some effort to get it anchored into the studs, but once it was up, it felt like it was part of the house.

I've had heavy bags set up in my house before, and they're a great way to get a workout and relieve stress, but the problem was always installing them in the ceiling and then having them just kind of in the way, even in a workout room. This is the PERFECT solution. Firstly, it's very ruggedly built, with strong iron and professional welding. It even included the eye hook. It's pretty heavy, but that's obviously what you're going for with some that's going to be carrying a heavy moving load. VERY stable, and the side wall installation is far easier than a ceiling variety. Very clever design as well, it not only pulls out to give you extra space for movement and safer kicks, but when done it folds back AGAINST THE WALL, giving you a lot more space. Perfect for confined spaces where you may need to move through later. HIGHLY RECOMMEND...
