Disappointing. Bought 2 of these about a year ago. Both recently stopped working within days of each other. I attached brand new bulbs but they just stopped working. They won’t even register a problem with flashing red light.

This didn’t work for me, but I returned it without issue and received a refund within an hour after UPS picked it up. Good customer service on the part of whomever is responsible for their return processing.

I received the replacement ballast very quickly, and it was exactly the same brand as my original ballast. I installed it, and it is working perfectly.

It's now January 2022, 2.5 years since wiring the below review. After adding surge protection my issues went away. Just make sure to do that, and this unit will serve you well. Note that the ballast/adapter unit that came with my iSpring UV system was also killed quickly by noisy/surge-y power before getting two of these replacement units.Original review:Lasted for about a month in my older house's noisy power. When I installed the second one, I added some surge protection, and it's been fine for maybe six months so far.
