I have no clue how this item has the stars it does. It’s a horribly cheaply made product that has a horrid smell and the pockets are HOT GLUED PLASTIC! It feels like a tarp. Is it waterproof, technically yes. So is a tarp but I don’t want to walk around wearing one. I don’t recommend wasting your money on this item unless absolutely necessary.

Jacket was ok for needs. It is made completely out of rubber. No inner lining.Would definitely shop around if you're looking for something warmer.

This product is excellent in the weather that hits the northeast. I bought it abit bigger , so I could lay up underneath. It keeps me dry and is quite warm.
