These roundover router bits are basically the fast food of woodworking tools: cheap, convenient, surprisingly effective, and absolutely not built for a Michelin-star workshop. But for what they are? Pretty darn satisfying.Let’s set expectations. You’re not getting heirloom-quality bits to pass down through generations of craftsmen. You’re getting four little soldiers that march into your trim router, round off an edge or two, and survive to tell the tale. If you're not routing the Ark of the Covenant, they'll do just fine. They’re sharp out of the pack (which, by the way, apparently doesn’t exist unless you count "loose in a bag" as a packaging choice). No storage case, so if you enjoy playing roulette with sharp metal objects in your toolbox, congrats—you’re in for some fun.But functionally? No complaints. Clean cuts through hardwoods like walnut without crying, bearings roll like they’re supposed to, and you’ll finish your project looking competent, maybe even smug. Bonus: the variety of radii means you can experiment without selling a kidney for boutique bits. These are perfect for hobbyists, project dabblers, or anyone who enjoys whispering, “Please don’t break,” before flipping the switch. Just don’t expect them to last forever—or even through a full career in cabinetry.Think of them as your woodworking starter pack: affordable, functional, and surprisingly capable—as long as you keep your expectations as low as the price.

These have worked well so far. They fit my router table and are through some black walnut without issue. I'm not seeing burnout and the finish is smooth.I'm glad I got these

These are good for beginners on a budget. I haven't had much tear out while using them, but I'm not expecting them to be lifelong bits. Currently for me, they do the trick and are pretty accurate for a cheaper set of bits.

A Great Value for the Price: Roundover Router Bit Set ReviewI recently purchased the Roundover Router Bit Set with a 1/4 inch shank, and I must say that I'm impressed with the value it offers. For a mere $11, this set provides a range of radius options (1/8", 1/4", 3/16", and 5/16") and comes with a bearing guide for rounding edge bits. While these bits may not be the highest-end or best-quality ones on the market, they get the job done. The price is undoubtedly the biggest selling point, making it an excellent choice for hobbyists or DIY enthusiasts who don't want to break the bank. The bits themselves work well enough to complete a few projects, and I've been satisfied with the results. The bearing guide is a nice touch, allowing for smooth and precise rounding of edges.Overall, I'd definitely recommend this set to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option. For $11, you can't go wrong. I'd buy them again in a heartbeat, and I think they're a great addition to any woodworking toolkit.Rating: 4/5Pros:Excellent value for the priceRange of radius optionsBearing guide for precise edge roundingGets the job done for small projectsCons:Not the highest-end or best-quality bitsMay not be suitable for heavy-duty or professional useIf you're looking for a affordable and functional router bit set, this is definitely worth considering. Just keep in mind that you get what you pay for, and these bits may not last as long as more expensive options.

I got these day before yesterday and installed one for a specific job - edging some cabinets I am building - and the bit performed to perfection. Great tools for limited money. I really need to save now that we are in the fourth year of Bidenomics. Thank God for some relief on the horizon.

These don't come in any kind of box to store them in which is annoying, but I guess what do you expect for $11 for 4 roundover bits. I used 2 different sizes today on 2 different size cutting boards. They got the job done, but I wouldn't expect these to last for more than a couple of jobs. The round over bits I usually buy will last a long time & can cost $20 or more for 1 bit. If these are something you dont need very often, or just you just need for a couple projects, or if you want to try a bunch of different sizes before committing to 1 or 2 expensive ones. I would say it's a great bargain.
