I paid around $11 for an art store brand scraper tool…just for one…and it’s not as good or as effective as this pack of 4. I’ve bought two packs of these. They’re cheap and cheerful but they work for my scratch art/scraperboard art. I do quite a lot of very fine detail and these work very well for that.

These little scrapers are perfect. Not too sharp for my toddler to play with but are still good enough for the perfect scrape. He loves the different soft shapes/colours to choose from. Great selection and value for money. Would highly recommend

I love these tools for scratchboard art. All the tips can create different styles of scratching and really lets you create beautiful art work! I bought another set of scratch tools off amazon that offered a lot of "tools" but they were completely useless and I am very happy that i was able to find these tools. Overall I recommend this product and will eventually repurchase when they are getting dull!

This is a great, versatile set of scratch tools. I have been using them for over a year now to do scratchboard pieces, and I have been pleased with the quality of the blades, and the variety of blade styles that this set offers.I will say that the long, thin, rounded end blade is quite useless to me. Maybe there is a technique for that one that I'm not aware of, but I haven't found a good use for it in my illustrations. Overall, however, I would recommend this set to anyone who does scratchboard art. It is good quality, and a good value for the price.

wish I had got the larger tool set but these do the job. I did a sample sheet when I first got them and they do everything said and more. I will have to practice to be able to do hair. I might try to get a wire brush later to see if that might be easier or not but this is a great beginning set. Do not drop these tools on your foot. Ouch!

I bought a copper etching picture, but the original etching tool was lost. I was a little reluctant to buy this as a replacement because it was advertised for use by children.In the end, I bought this as the best and cheapest option to try. The four tools each have about a 6" handle, and I found them quite easy to use as an adult. They provide a thin line, a little broader line, and two other wider scraping sizes that I didn't use.I was able to complete my picture with complete satisfaction. If you want broader lines, you may have to repeatedly scrape over the line, but the tool worked well.In general, I would not recommend copper etching pictures for anyone younger than maybe 9 or 10 because they usually require lots of patience and attention to detail. But for the right user, you can create a beautiful picture with these tools.
